Each lesson in the Designed for Momentum program focuses on a core topic that every business owner should master. Yes, they each take time and practice to reach a level of mastery, but this bite-sized approach will help you to break it down and focus in on each area of your business. Each lesson is broken up into 4 mini training sessions.

This course has been designed in specific order of the building blocks you should have before moving on. However, if you’ve been through trainings before or understand specific components well, then you are welcome to drop into a lesson or training where you feel you most need support and education. Each bite-sized training will take you 20 minutes to watch. You should budget another half hour directly after watching to complete the Passion Work Worksheet to apply what you’ve learned to your business. There are 4 trainings in each lesson.

As an added bonus, once you have purchased a training, lesson or the whole kit-and-caboodle, you have access to any updates for the lifespan of the course!

I don’t know about you, but one of my pet peeves in the coaching world is how expensive everything is becoming. So, I’m doing things differently. Rather than forcing you to pay for a super high priced program, I’m giving you options. Because I know some of you are just starting out and trying to spend as little as possible while you find your footing (I’ve been there!). While others of you are more than ready to invest the time and money into a super supportive training environment (I’ve been there, too!). One of the biggest mistakes I see business owners make is that they market to everyone and they hop around in their message depending on what certain clients want or who is showing up at any given time. This training is focused on helping you to start to define who you love to work with and how best to communicate with them.

This means you are clearly connecting with potential clients before they even speak with you. Lesson 2 is about thinking like a marketer and defining what your clients want and need.

This is the fun part. You know what you love to do. This lesson is dedicated to detailing how you offer your clients your best work. Crafting a strong process and clear client offerings that provide real results that your clients can’t stop talking about. You’ll learn how to use that process to market yourself and gain a clear visual to walk your clients through your offerings.

LESSON 4: DESIGN A CLIENT PROCESS

When it comes to designing a client process, there are a lot of factors. How do you stay organized? How do you carve out time to work on your business and with your clients while still having a life of your own? Learn how to make it easy for clients to hire you. As well as how to guide a client through your offerings while showering them with special touches unique to you along the way.

LESSON 5: EXPAND YOUR REACH

Expanding your reach is what every business owners wants after the first few clients come in the door. Or, even after the foundation of clients has been set. When it’s time to expand, you have so many tools at your fingertips that you probably don’t even realize. This lesson is about dusting off those resources and using them to your maximum benefit.

LESSON 6: SET YOUR SALES STRATEGY

When it comes to sales, focus on being abundant not just making enough to pay the bills. Don’t sell yourself short! I believe in planning for success. But how do you do that when there are SO many ways to make money? Without a strong strategy, you’ll be running in a zig zag line instead of a straight one. Get clear on your strategy, your process and your delivery. While we’re at it, we’ll talk about customer service, boundaries and agreements as well!
