You see a website.

I see a trust center – a foundation for building relationships with your customers.

Your Customers See the Answer to Their Needs.

Katie’s graphic design philosophy is simple: Create marketing materials that speak to your customer.

It all begins with knowing your customers.

What makes them tick? What motivates them?
What void do you fill?
Designed for Momentum creates a website identity that resonates with your audience.

Website Design

We create functional, easy to navigate website designs on desktop and mobile browsers that express your message clearly and artfully. Our designs take into consideration your unique branding and story, the user’s experience as they navigate the site and how search engines will discover you. All three are equally important in our eyes. Our process is simple, highly collaborative and delivers the results you are looking for.

Website Design Process

Intake meeting
This meeting takes about an hour and helps us understand your business vision and mission, customer profiles, who will be viewing the website (or who you want to be viewing the website), the functionality of the website that is needed and to brainstorm any additional features the website could have to optimize your customer experience.

Signed contract and deposit
This marks the beginning of our project together. Payments are accepted in four equal parts over four months. A contract of service is required to begin a project. A typical website takes between 2-4 months to complete. This timeline can be expedited if all content is delivered up front.

Website Design presented to client
After our intake meeting, we will pull together website designs reflecting your brand and vision. This will be a PDF that includes the homepage and an inside page mock up. This will usually include 1-3 designs for you to review and 3 rounds of edits.

Website design chosen by client
Once you are positive about the direction of a website design, we will need approval in order to move forward into the development phase.

Development of website
We allow about three weeks to formally build the site. We will present the website to you for editing and feedback. If you have an existing site, we will build on a temporary site and replace the existing site when you are ready.

Client edits
We will review the website together and you will be responsible for providing any aesthetic or content edits that you would like. Two rounds of edits are included in this step.

Final approval and site launch
Final approval marks permission to go live with the website and the end of edits under the design contract. A maintenance contract will be discussed for further support and editing but is not a mandatory requirement.

Full tutorial
A full tutorial is given in person or by phone to you and your team instructing the use of the website. A detailed printed version is also provided for future reference after the initial meeting.

EXTRA RESOURCES AND DETAILS

Hosting, domain, photography and copywriting
Hosting and domain name purchase are not included in the cost of the website. These need to be provided by you. Designed For Momentum does not provide copywriting services. All content is the responsibility of you or the copywriter you choose. We can provide referrals to superb copywriters as needed. We can also include a budget for stock photography if you do not have your own to provide.
